will offer seven festive days of holiday dining, beginning Monday, November 20 through Sunday, November 26.

The dazzling vista of the Lake of Dreams awaits at Parasol Down, a colorful lounge offering a sharable menu of savory bites and sweet treats created to pair perfectly with an imaginative list of cocktails and spirits. Enjoy small plates such as warm pretzel bites, yellowfin tuna tartare and shrimp cocktail, and for something a little more decadent, indulge with house-made beignets, Tahitian vanilla ice cream pops, Devil’s food cake and more. Each night, at the landmark James Beard House in New York City, celebrated chefs at the top of their game from all across the nation cook for the world’s most passionate eaters, food editors and critics. Costa di Mare executive chef Mark LoRusso had the honor of hosting one of these showcase dinners, preparing his distinctive Italian coastal cuisine to a sold-out house. Now, our guests can savor the exact menu that was offered at the James Beard House, course for course, along with the wines that were paired to each dish. featuring the spirited jazz of a live Dixieland band is a weekly event not to be missed. Brunch is served buffet style and includes a carving station and selections from Lenger’s kitchen. Jazz brunch is served Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
