Taste an array of sparkling wines from Champagne and Prosecco, Cava and more, all paired perfectly with a variety of small bites from the kitchen of chef David Walzog. Thomas will guide you through the world of fizz, showing you the many moods, foods and occasions that suit different styles of sparkling wine. Participants must be 21 or older.

In this interactive workshop, Wynn’s pastry chef Patrice Caillot teaches you tips and techniques for making your holiday tree décor a little sweeter. As you sip on artisanal hot chocolate, you’ll be guided through the process of making festive delights, such as crunchy chocolate trees and gingerbread ornaments.
